Terms of Use and Subscription

By using Umnyasha, a parent or legal guardian accepts these terms on their own behalf and for the child.

1. Service

Umnyasha is a children's learning app with free and PRO content. Core features may work without internet access. The app is distributed without advertising.

2. PRO access

PRO unlocks additional games, levels, and content. Before confirming payment, the parent is shown the exact price, currency, subscription period, included access, and automatic-renewal condition. By confirming the subscription through YooKassa, the parent authorizes the payment method to be saved and the next monthly or annual charge to be created until renewal is cancelled. Every operation is verified by the server; returning from YooKassa does not itself grant access.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Automatic renewal can be disabled in the parent area or through Support before the next charge. No new renewals are created after cancellation, while paid access remains active until the end of the paid period. Deleting a child profile does not itself cancel the subscription. Refunds are handled under applicable law and payment-platform rules; a confirmed full refund revokes the related PRO access.

4. Parental control

Purchases are intended for adults and protected by a parent gate. The parent is responsible for access to the device and payment methods.

5. Intellectual property

Illustrations, music, software, and other materials are protected by law. They may be used personally and non-commercially only within the app.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee there will never be temporary interruptions. Offline features may remain available independently of the server.
