Privacy Policy

We design Umnyasha so children can play without a mandatory account or unnecessary data collection.

1. Data we process

The app may create a random technical profile identifier and transmit the app language, version, pseudonymous usage events, progress state, and purchase entitlement information. Standard server logs, including request time, route, and response code, are also processed to operate the service.

2. Data we do not request

The child experience does not request a child's real name, date of birth, address, phone number, email, precise location, contacts, or advertising identifier. Drawings and the local gallery are not uploaded to our server.

3. Why data is used

We use data to save progress, restore PRO access, keep the service secure, diagnose errors, and improve gameplay. We do not sell data or use it for behavioral advertising.

4. Storage and security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, access is restricted, and backups are encrypted. We retain data only as long as needed for these purposes and applicable law.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by YooKassa. We do not receive or store full payment-card details. The payment provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

6. Parent rights

A parent can request access, correction, or deletion of a server profile through Support. We may need the technical profile ID shown in the app to identify the request.
